Return Policy

Refunds are not allowed at this time. Exchanges for another Deep Man store item (price difference, if any, to be paid by customer). Exchange for different size or store credit only.

All returned items must be received by Deep Man within 7 calendar days from shipper confirmation of delivery of product to customer.

Returned items must be unworn and in brand new condition; including but not limited to, the shirt clothing tag, hat manufacturer sticker, and hat form insert if applicable.

After Deep Man has received the returned item, we will gladly exchange it for another Deep Man item or issue a store credit for the value of the item. Return shipping to be paid by customer.
